This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the GPS tracking devices, software, website, applications, and services (“Services”) provided by TrackMI GPS Tracking Solutions (“TrackMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.
  • Have read and agree to this User Agreement and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Authorized and Lawful Use

You agree to use TrackMI’s devices and services only for lawful purposes. This includes:

  • Complying with all federal, state, and local laws related to GPS tracking, privacy, and surveillance.
  • Obtaining consent from individuals when required by law.
  • Ensuring employees, contractors, or other persons being tracked are properly notified or legally monitored.

TrackMI is not responsible for how you choose to use the tracking equipment and does not provide legal advice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Prevent unauthorized access to your account
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Use of Devices and Software

You agree not to:

  • Tamper with, alter, or dismantle tracking devices
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent software or security functions
  • Interfere with system performance, networks, or data transmission
  • Use devices for stalking, harassment, or any illegal monitoring

Devices must be used as intended and maintained in working condition.

5. Service Availability

You understand that GPS accuracy and service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Satellite coverage
  • Environmental conditions
  • Wireless network availability
  • Hardware limitations

TrackMI does not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect location accuracy.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable service, subscription, activation, and device fees
  • Keep your payment method current
  • Resolve any billing issues promptly

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. Ownership of Data

  • You own the GPS location data generated by your devices.
  • TrackMI stores and processes this data solely to deliver the Services.
  • We do not sell personal data or location information.

Data management and protection are governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate privacy, employment, or surveillance laws
  • Track individuals without proper authority
  • Engage in criminal or harmful activity
  • Bypass or disable system safeguards
  • Misrepresent your identity or intended use

Violations may result in immediate termination.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • TrackMI is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, illegal tracking activities, or service interruptions.
  • TrackMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackMI, Advantage Investigations and Research, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights
  • Your breach of this Agreement

11. Termination

TrackMI may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate this Agreement
  • You misuse devices or data
  • You fail to pay required fees
  • Illegal or unauthorized activity is detected

Upon termination, access to your data or tracking history may be limited or revoked.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this User Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
